How to Order your Stationery

 

Please order your stationery six months before the wedding wedding if possible. 

Take photographs of your wedding venue and choose the one to be used on your stationery. (Please refer to ‘tips on taking your photograph.’ ) Decide whether you would like your painting to be framed in a gold or wooden frame or to be mounted only. If I already have a painting of your wedding venue, then you do not pay for the painting and can just order stationery. Please see the Gallery. Decide which stationery items you would like – day/evening invitations, order of service, menu’s, thank you paper, etc. Choose the wording for your invitations from the ‘wording examples’ page, or send me your own wording. Choose the font and the colour you would like it to be printed in. Decide on the quantity of each item you are ordering. (Minimum of 20). Fill in the order form and calculate the price from the price list and send me a deposit of 25% of the full cost made payable to L. McDougall. Send your photograph, order form, cheque and any further information to L. McDougall 20 Oak Drive Seisdon nr. Wolverhampton WV5 7ET Once your painting is complete I will print samples and send them to you for your approval. Please check the wording closely, ensuring all details are correct and everything is spelled correctly. If you wish to change wording or any details at all, this is the time to do it. Return the stationery with the amendments and I will send you the altered stationery for final approval before printing. Once I receive confirmation that the details are correct and payment in full your stationery is printed and is ready for collection within 21 days. If you prefer to have your order posted, there will be an extra charge for postage and packaging. Also, I cannot be held resposible for any lost or damaged orders once I deposit them at the post office. Table plans have to be collected as they are too fragile and large to risk in the post. Please note that once I receive confirmation that you are happy with your stationery it will be printed the same as the proofs I send you.
